WINMARK HOMES RANKED 181 ON TOP 400 NATIONAL BUILDERS LIST
SUWANEE- Winmark Homes was ranked 181st on the 2007 Professional Builder Giant 400 largest home builders in the United States list.
Professional Builder identifies the 400 largest builders based on the number of housing units closed in the previous year, and these builders are then sorted by housing revenues, which determines the actual ranking for these companies.
“We are honored to be listed as 181st on a national ranking by Professional Builder,” said Michelle Jenkins, President of Winmark Homes. “Last year, we were not a part of the top 400 national home builders, but we are continuously growing as a company. More and more people are realizing the quality Winmark Homes represents. We will strive to continue increasing in this ranking annually.”
Winmark Homes closed 550 homes in Atlanta in 2006 with a total housing revenue of $146 million.
