SUCCESSFUL SALES AT SILVER OAK IN LAWRENCEVILLE
ATLANTA – Homes are quickly selling in Winmark Homes’ Silver Oak, a community of 160 homes in Lawrenceville priced from the $200,000s. Homebuyers can take advantage of first-phase prices now before they increase during the second phase of building. In addition, homeowners who close before the end of the year will receive an additional $5,000 in incentives to use on home upgrades.
