- 1st year courtesy calls in order to keep our staff engaged in how much you enjoy your new home.
- A courtesy letter sent to homeowners 14 months after move-in. This will allow us to continue our relationship into the next year.
- A drywall and paint touch-up certificate good for the first two years of ownership. Owners can present this certificate at any walk-through to schedule touch-up and drywall work the next work day.
- HBW 2-10 Express Limited Warranty Extention
As part of our 2-5-10 warranty plan, every Winmark Home comes with five years of coverage on plumbing and roofing systems in your residence.
Elements covered by the 5-year warranty include:- Workmanship of the installation of roof, shingles, step flashing, plumbing boots. Also any and all leaks penetrating the roof.
To complete our program, we are featuring a 10 year structural 2-10 Homebuyer?s Warranty ® and basement waterproofing: comprehensive coverage on the structural and load-bearing components of your home.
Elements covered by the 10-year warranty include:- Footings and foundation systems, beams, girders, lintels, columns, walls and partitions, roof framing systems and floor systems.
- This 10-year warranty covers basement waterproofing.
- Work completed by other contractors voids this warranty.
